Apparel Design Project 1
For my Apparel Design Project 1, we had to create a statement 2-piece streetwear look that is made from upcycled/old garments or fabrics. We had to choose a topic between Ocean& Waste Pollution, Deforestation, or Air Pollution and I chose the first.
My concept is inspired by what will happen when the world ends, when humans don't exist anymore. Nature would swallow back lands and buildings and algae would be prominant in oceans and seas.
These are some textile manipulations and prints that I developed for my concept and I added 1 each to my look.
This is my final look.
